Я просто не могу молчать. Сегодня на мой вопрос о стоимости двух кастомных макияжей в заказе, который я собираюсь оформить, получила следующий ответ, Цитирую:
For the custom makeups, we decided to set limits.
You are indeed our regular customer and we are very grateful for all of your interest and support for us, we found very insufficient with discussing, confirming so many makeup descriptions and lot of mistakes and misunderstanding has occurred also. Since you place a large quantity of orders all at once, it is hard for us to keep in track and digest. It even left us too short time for other customers.
We are very sorry to tell you such, but if you would please understand it was inevitable decision for us to run our company more effectively.
Of course, basic makeups won’t be affected much.
Если коротко - вы тратите слишком много нашего времени, поэтому мы решили ограничить для вас возможность заказывать кастомы. Разумеется, базовых макияжей это не касается (мило).
Свои эмоции оставлю за кадром, переговоры продолжаю.
